The products marked "immediately available" are sent within 3 working days by the cooperating courier company.

Regardless of the size and the total cost of your order, the shipping cost is 5 €.

Deliveries are made on working days between 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Inaccessible Areas

If the area in which the shipment is made is inaccessible , you can be informed by phone from our store. To see if your area is inaccessible, click here.

Regardless of the total of your order, the cost of shipping to an inaccessible area is charged an additional 2€. In case of receipt of the package from the nearest to your area General Postal store the shipping cost is 5 €. 

Your order should be executed within 48 hours from the moment you were informed of the availability. In any other case, we will have to cancel your order and re-route an order.

The cooperating courier company keeps the parcels on delivery for up to 3 working days. From the moment the date of 3 days after arrival has passed and the recipient will not appear, the packages are returned without any notice.

"For orders over 500€, without the use of the payment method via credit / debit card from our e-shop, you can pay only with: Bank deposit, or with your credit / debit card at the offices of Acs where you will receive your order. "
